Julie Rinard is a seasoned nonprofit professional with over 17 years of expertise in fundraising, marketing, grant management, and event planning. A Certified Fund Raising Executive since 2014, Julie has raised millions for community causes and helped nonprofits achieve lasting impact. Her leadership roles include spearheading capital campaigns, launching innovative donor stewardship plans, volunteer management and revitalizing events to maximize engagement and revenue. Julie is the Development Director for Cowlitz County Habitat for Humanity. She is also a nonprofit consultant, supporting Cowlitz County nonprofits with fundraising strategies, grant writing, projects, and leadership development. An empathetic and lifelong learner, Julie is deeply committed to improving the lives of individuals and families in her community.
