Faithful Servants Ministry
There are no move-in costs.
Yes, DOC frequently releases individuals to our custody at Faithful Servants houses where they are monitored with an ankle bracelet.
Equal shares of $500 per month are required. There are programs that can sometimes help with those costs.
A criminal record is obtained for every resident. Individuals with a history of sexual abuse, cruelty to animals, or arson are not accepted. Other offenses are taken into consideration when a decision is made. Many of our residents come directly from the Department of Corrections.
The goal is to transition out of the program within six months to a year.
Some of those guidelines include absolutely no drugs or alcohol, pursue a program of continued daily recovery, treat others with respect and dignity, regular church attendance at Kelso Christian Assembly, weekly attendance at Celebrate Recovery, 6 am daily devotions, complete assigned chores, curfew at 10 pm. A complete list of expectations are spelled out in the online application.
No methadone or suboxone are allowed. Other prescription drugs are carefully monitored. You can expect random UAs.
